The lie against Syed Saddiq

Today a video went viral, showing our Ministry of Youth and Sport Syed Saddiq having a meeting with a woman. Quite a normal video but some netizens are claiming that she is Saddiq's transgendered assistant.

Although there is nothing actually wrong with having a transgendered PA in the first place working in your office, the story is actually a total lie and fabrication. A lot of people still have certain stigma towards transgenders especially if they are said to be working in high places, so that's why some nothing to do individuals are viralling it. I pity the woman and Syed Saddiq (to a certain extent) also for having to deal with this.

The woman herself however is actually an outsider, who was meeting Syed Saddiq for work related purposes. She is identified as Anna Dean, a divorcee with two children, ex husband is a businessman named Nasir Yacob. Searching for the hasthag "#nasiranna" would yield results that shows pictures and videos of their wedding, and the couple even appeared on Tv3's Nona. 

So, a complete and utter fitnah. She's not a transgender.
